Qualification
The "Digital Initial" project aims to increase the skills of digitally inexperienced refugees in a targeted and personalised way. By introducing them to the digital information procurement process, we empower the participants to orient themselves on the German labour market, to explore possible further education and employment options, to get to know local information and advice centres and to get in touch with local companies.
Participants are introduced to digital education, training and information services on the internet with the aim of finding their way through the jungle of job, employment and further education opportunities. Workshops provide tools and strategies for an effective digital information procurement process. Their contents range from research, source and information literacy to tools, techniques and strategies for personal labour market orientation on the internet and digital communication to find, evaluate and select training and information offers on the internet.
